Upon completion of your appraisal, we will provide you with a certificate of completion of your annual appraisal

If you do not have a connection to a designated body or suitable person or for any other reason, we will provide any support you require, including completion of the REV-12 form.

We will also be there for you if you require any clarification regarding your appraisal outcomes and any further queries you have regarding revalidation.
