Individual Appraisal Services

for your appraisal by guiding you
about how to ensure you meet the requirements for your appraisal
and revalidation.
Medical appraisals
Whilst essential for revalidation, we believe that your appraisal is an opportunity to consider your training
and professional development and set your future goals. Through your appraisal we aim to help you Aspire to Achieve.
Post-appraisal support
Following your appraisal meeting, we
will provide a certificate of completion
of appraisal. If you do not have a connection to a designated body or suitable person, we will complete the REV-12 form.
Portfolio Management
We recognise the appraisal process
does not end with the appraisal
meeting. This merely heralds the start
of preparation for the next appraisal.
We provide regular support to develop your portfolio for the next appraisal.
Mandatory Training
Completion of annual mandatory
training is an essential requirement for
all medical staff as part of revalidation. We will provide access to a mandatory training programme which will fulfill revalidation requirements.
MSF Service
A Multi Source Feedback exercise allows colleagues and patients to provide feedback. It is essential for each revalidation cycle. We can organise and facilitate your feedback exercise to meet GMC requirements.
