Post-appraisal support
Following your appraisal meeting, we
will provide a certificate of completion
of appraisal. If you do not have a connection to a designated body or suitable person, we will complete the REV-12 form.
Mandatory Training
Completion of annual mandatory
training is an essential requirement for
all medical staff as part of revalidation. We will provide access to a mandatory training programme which will fulfil revalidation requirements.
