Order confirmations and provision of services
When you purchase one of our services, you will receive an order confirmation email. Only once we have sent you an order confirmation email will there be a binding contract between Aspire Medical Appraisals and you. Order confirmations will be sent to you before the services begin and shall contain the following information:
Payments
When purchasing one of our individual stand-alone appraisal services, following confirmation of booking, you will receive a payment link. Payment in full is required before the service will be delivered.
When purchasing one of our appraisal packages, if you decide to pay in full, you will again receive a payment link in order to make payment. Full payment is required if you choose this method before receiving any of the services. If you choose to pay by monthly direct debit, you will be asked to complete a direct debit instruction. Only once this is completed will any services be delivered.
Direct debit payments - when setting up a direct debit purchase for one of our appraisal packages, you commit to making the full 12 month payments. If the direct debit payments are stopped prior to receiving any of the services, no services will be provided and any direct debit payments made will be non-refundable. If direct debit payments are stopped after receiving any of the package services, the remaining balance for the package purchased, (ie. total non-discounted package price minus any direct debits received) will be due immediately.
Cancellation of Orders and Services
You may cancel an order that we have accepted or cancel a contract with us. If you are a consumer based within the European Union, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is confirmed and the contract between Aspire Medical Appraisals and you is formed and ends at the end of 14-days after that date. If you change your mind about the Services within this period and wish to cancel your order, please inform us immediately using the following email: admin@aspiremedicalappraisals.co.uk.
